Hi, I’m Sara — Owner, Baker, and Decorator at The Hushed Oven. I’m a one-woman operation based in Thornton, Colorado, specializing in custom decorated cookies for all occasions.
Outside of the kitchen, you’ll usually find me cracking a joke or spending time with loved ones and tending to my backyard farm. I’m just a regular gal with a passion for creating cookies that not only look beautiful but taste absolutely delicious — no dry, hard cookies here!
As a mom, wife, and backyard farmer, I find joy in creating beautiful, handcrafted cookies that bring a touch of sweetness to life’s special moments. What began in 2010 as a small custom cake and cupcake business has evolved over the past five years into a passionate focus on custom decorated cookies.
